The location, nestled between Place Bellecour and the Confluence district, provided both convenience and breathtaking views of the city. Our Privilege room exuded luxury with its massive king-size bed and extra single bed, making it feel more like a stylish apartment than just a hotel room.The staff, from day to night shifts, were not only polite and friendly but went above and beyond to assist us, even warming milk for my son before check-in. The ambiance of the Art Nouveau building combined with modern amenities like a 47-inch flat-screen TV and Bluetooth sound system, created the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. We truly enjoyed the recommendations for local dining experiences, and Brasserie Georges did not disappoint with its fantastic food offerings just a stone's throw away. The attention to detail, from the welcome drink to the exquisite breakfast, added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.Mercure Lyon Centre Chateau Perrache truly offers a unique experience, combining the strength of a guaranteed quality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
